We make every effort to provide top of the line training to all of our clients. We want you to be prepared, and we also want you to walk away with a sense of pride and accomplishment. If we fail to do that, please don't hesitate to let us know. We do not offer full refunds- however, we understand things happen. If you notify us within 20 days of your class date, we will gladly refund 95% of your course payment. Within 14 days- 50%. If it is within 7 days of your scheduled class date, we cannot issue a refund, as we have more than likely already ordered your training material and paid instructors to be there, and reserved your slot. So except for extenuating circumstances, (weather doesn't count- if it aint raining, it aint training!) understand that the expense of doing this kind of training is pretty great, and to continue to provide great training to others, we must cover our minimum overhead. But if you are unsatisfied with your experience, bring it to our attention, and we will work towards a resolution so that everyone walks away feeling like they got the best deal possible.
